Candidates for this distinction are all restaurants in Malaga that offer in their menu a minimum of five dishes of the traditional gastronomy of Malaga, or at least one, prepared in an exceptional way, respecting the values and the traditional recipes of Malaga according to the criteria of our expert committee, which will be formed by professionals and experts of recognized prestige of Malaga gastronomy. In addition, its wine list must have at least ten wines from Malaga.

The use of Malaga products, whenever possible for reasons of season, availability and other factors, will be positively valued. Also the offer of Malaga products, such as EVOO, cheeses, olives, sausages… etc. will be a factor to be taken into account.
