Araboka

Wine and Food House

Chef

Head Waiter

The Araboka restaurant, formerly known as Eboka, now has two premises, one in the city centre and the other in Calle Compositor Lehmberg Ruiz, which they call ‘a wine and food house’, without a doubt a declaration of intent, and a perfect place to share a few portions or for a more serious meal.

Their cuisine is based on the traditional family recipes of Malaga and Andalusia, which they aptly call ‘Inheritance Cuisine’. In addition, in their premises in Compositor Lehmberg Ruiz Street they have a grill with embers that gives a special touch to different dishes. In addition, the wines are another of its strong points, with an excellent selection, as well as some very well thought-out pairings.

At Araboka we find traditional stews and stew, rice dishes, homemade croquettes, cold soups, Russian salad, cold meats, cheeses, meats and fish in which you can see the chef’s hand and the quality of the produce, if possible seasonal and local.

Among its most emblematic dishes are toasted noodles with coral mayonnaise, homemade croquettes of different stews, Malaga salami tartar, Russian salad, fresh squid with spiced tomato, Iberian pork feather with red pesto and potatoes or Malaga suckling goat with creamy potato. They also prepare dishes of the day and suggestions, which are not to be missed.
